This is an introductory course in artificial intelligence open to all undergraduate students. Its aim is to broaden the horizons of students majoring in humanities and social sciences, cultivate their interest in the field of AI, provide an understanding of the current trends and prospects in AI, and equip them with basic AI methods and technologies. This course can lay a solid foundation for students to pursue advanced courses, nurture talents in both theoretical and practical applications of AI, and develop individuals with interdisciplinary thinking.

Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

Smart Cities

This course primarily covers how to use technologies such as IoT, cloud computing, and data science to advance the development of smart cities in various key application areas. The course focuses on hot topics in areas like smart living, smart transportation, and smart city decision-making and management. In addition to theoretical knowledge and case studies, students will also acquire fundamental artificial intelligence techniques and research methods, including urban big data mining, spatiotemporal data analysis, data visualization, and exercise their comprehensive abilities to solve interdisciplinary problems through this course.
